Returns, Refunds & Warranties…..

Returns on products are accepted in an original/ unused condition within one week of purchase for a full refund, subject to product inspection & a 15% restocking fee. It is the customer's responsibility to incur any pickup/shipping fees associated with the return. The refund will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

Products that are faulty/defective may be returned or exchanged within one week of purchase. 

Products that have been assembled/used CANNOT be returned, unless the defect cannot be detected until the product has been assembled/used.

Purchased items have a 1 month warranty unless specified otherwise.
